An event runs from half past nine and finishes at half past twelve, in a room of owners running businesses of a similar size to yours. Arrive from nine. It is a working morning, not a presentation: the practice takes a real problem apart in front of you so that you can see how it is done before you decide anything.
Nobody is sold to on the day and nobody is asked to sign anything. Those who want a conversation afterwards ask for one.

Eight hundred and sixty-six owners have sat in one of these rooms. About one in nine of them went on to become a client, which is the number worth knowing: a morning obliges neither side to anything, and most people who come do not become clients. Nobody is chased.
