In his article in the Saturday Telegraph, 16 sept 2017, he sets out his vision for the UK.

It would always be easy to deride a politician raising his head above the parapet but, the UK needs more voices sticking up for it on the international stage as well as at home.

For that I for one agree with his sentiment in his article in the Telegraph.
