Are you in charge of your destiny in business?

Do you negotiate hard with suppliers? When was the last time you asked for a regular supplier to review your association? I don’t mean, ‘is that your best price’ but negotiated at length to check you’re on the correct rate for the relationship.

Do you understand the market your aiming at? When was the last time you stood back and reviewed your business offering?

Is your customer receiving the impression of your business you believe? Have you checked?

After all, you have never looked at a fellow supplier and thought they could do better have you?
